Half a million Easigas cylinders per year

The filling plants for Easigas are located in Alberton; Nelspruit; Bloemfontein and East London

The plant was commissioned in 1997 and is the only fully automated filling plant with filling technology in this region. We fill LPG into a range of LPG cylinders from a single line on the filling plant. This includes the industrial type cylinder (9kg,19kg, 48 single & double valve, as well as Auto cylinders). The domestic camping cylinders (Cadac) cannot be filled on the filling line but are filled from a dedicated point.

The depot is supplied from refineries in Secunda and Durban and utilises two LPG Spheres for storage. The filling plant is manned by eight filling staff and fill approximately 500,000 LPG cylinders per annum. We have fifteen company owned delivery vehicles on the road, all of which of fully compliant with the Road Transport act as well as the higher Shell safety requirement.
